How to Transfer Ownership of Your Autel Device to Another Person?

If you need to transfer your Autel device to a new user or you purchased a used Autel scan tool, follow these steps to ensure a smooth transition:

1. Ensure the New Owner Has an Autel ID

Before transferring ownership, the new user must have an Autel ID. If they don't have one, they can easily register by visiting pro.autel.com and creating a new account.

2. Contact an Authorized Autel Dealer

To officially transfer ownership, reach out to an authorized Autel dealer, such as via email at sales@diagmart.com. In your email, include the following details:

• Your current Autel ID (e.g., xxxx@gmail.com)
• The new user's Autel ID (e.g., xxxx@gmail.com)
• The serial number (S/N) of your device (Make sure the S/N is accurate as it contains 12 characters. You can also send a picture of the back of the device for verification).

3. Login with the New ID

Once the transfer is complete, the new owner will be able to log in and use the device with their Autel ID.
