If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Diagmart.com, simply return it in brand-new condition with the original packaging, along with your original purchase receipt within 30 days, and we will gladly give you a refund.

Return policy

1.) Can I return an order?

Of couse, If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

Note: Please contact us to request an available return shipping address before starting a return.

2.) How to return?

If you would like to apply for a return and refund, please contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your product(s).

1. Contact us at sales@diagmart.com using the email address you purchased on Diagmart Online Store, and then provide the following information:

  • Order Number:
  • Return Product Name & Quantity
  • Return Reason:
  • Images or Videos of Products and Intact Packaging:

We will process your return and refund application within one or two working days after receiving your email.

3.) Who will pay for the return shipping?

  • Item is being returned for quality Issues:

Products damage, not as described or receive a wrong item, please contact us we will issue you a 100% refund and cover the cost of shipping.

  • Item is being returned for Non-Quality Issues:

Non-Quality Issues' products also can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt of delivery. However, all the shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

4.) When should I send the product back and How?

You should send it back within 30 days of your return claim.

When you are returning, please put the product with all of its accessories and manuals back into its original box (if possible) and contact us to receive the shipping address for our warehouse.

You can choose to ship the item on your own, you'll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return. If the return is the result of our error, we'll refund your return shipping costs after we received the item.

5. ) When will I get my money back?

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 1 to 2 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

6.) How do I cancel an order?

If you want to cancel the order before you receive it, please contact us to inform us of your intentions. If the order has not been dispatched, we will just cancel the order. However, if the item is on its way to you, you will have to follow our returns policy and send it back to us.

Refund Policy

1.) Full Refund

  • When the items you receive have quality problem, we will refund to you fully, including problem in the hardware, software or adapters.
  • If we send wrong items to you, which is our responsibility to refund full item value and pay the extra fee for you.
  • If you order the wrong products, please send the whole package back to us, we will refund your money.

2.) Item is Out of Stock

If product is out of stock, we will send email to check if you want to exchange or get refund. If you want to get refund, we will refund the money for this goods to you, if there are still other items for this order, we will send the rest to you. If you want to cancel the order, we will refund full money to you.

3.) Item is Not Received

Usually, we will provide tracking number and tracking link timely. If you don’t get item for a long time, please contact us timely. We will confirm with the couriers and get back to you ASAP. If product gets lost during transportation, we will arrange replacement for you and bear the shipping cost by ourselves.
