At DiagMart, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a one (1) year limited warranty on all products sold exclusively on

  • 1. Responsibility: The sole responsibility of Diagmart under the Warranty is limited to either the repair or, at the option of Diagmart, replacement of the scan tool at no charge with Proof of Purchase. The sales receipt(or your purchase records) may be used for this purpose.

  • 2. Warranty Coverage: This warranty does not apply to damages caused by improper use, accident, flood, lightning, or if the product was altered or repaired by anyone other than the Manufacturer Service Center.

  • 3. Repair Cost: If under warranty, your Autel tool will be repaired or replaced free of charge unless damaged (including but not limited to a cracked screen, broken case, chemical exposure or liquid damage) to accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions or unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification.

Who will be responsible for my after-sales technical support and who will be responsible for the maintenance of my equipment?

All products purchased from will be supported by our after-sales technical support. We are an authorized dealer of Autel, and we can directly coordinate with Autel for all after-sales services. Therefore, you can contact us directly for the fastest technical support service. Additionally, if your equipment is damaged within the warranty period, we will assess the situation and either provide a replacement or send it back to Autel's factory for repair.
