How do you choose?

If you only test batteries for your own cars and you don't have much budget, then I guess BT506 or 508 fit your purpose because they can work with mobile phones. If you run a repair store, I won't recommend the BT506 or BT608, because they don't have screens and it's impractical to work all day with your phone. The BT608E would be the best choice, with reasonable price and built-in printer.
