We won't be beat on price!

When shopping with DiagMart you can be assured that you will never pay too much. If you see a regularly stocked item online for a lower price than we have listed, submit a "Price Match Request" message through our contact us page. and the message includes the following information:

  • Item you are looking to price match
  • URL to web page where you found the lower price listed

Once we receive your request, we will verify that your item(s) qualify, and get back to you with an email that will allow you to complete your order at the adjusted price.

If your item(s) are not eligible for a price match, we will respond letting you know why.

Eligibility

  • Product must be new and in-stock in the same brand, model number and color
  • Online retail Competitor must be an Autel authorized dealer
  • Any applicable shipping and/or handling fees will be included when calculating the price difference
  • Price matched items cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes
  • If you have already placed an order with us, we cannot price match it.
  • All price match requests are handled at the sole discretion of DiagMart

Best Price Guarantee

DiagMart will refund the 100% difference unconditionally if a product you purchased on DiagMart.com falls in price within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are granted in the form of original payment.

Exclusions:

  • DiagMart 30-Day Best Price Guarantee policies available only if the original purchase was made without a promotion code applied
  • DiagMart 30-Day Best Price Guarantee policies don’t include Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas deals and other Holiday promotion
